Was my neighborhood flooded or destroyed by ike?

Hi I left out of town and I don’t know any of my neighbors to find out if my house was damaged by ike. Does anyone one know how I can look it up on the net or even if i have lights. I’m really scared because I am a single mother and I don’t have insurance because I can’t afford it. Please help. By the way my mother was very blessed nothing happened to her house.
