No Name asked: I’m planning on going to college (don’t know what career I’m going for) but I’m wondering if real estate is a good career to get into, if it is a financially stable career, and how hard it is to get into it.

Frank Rizzo asked: Whats the most efficient way to structure a real estate deal with a group of investors looking to develop land. One of the partners owns land, but will not put any capital into the investment? FYI, this is an international deal where REITs do not apply? LLC? Other?
