Christy M asked: Tomorrow I have an interview for a property management job. And I was wondering what king of questions are asked and what I need to know. And also what duties a property Manager has.
Hello No I haven’t taken any classes. But My brother in law has been a property manger for awhile and I pretty much have the job. BUt I have to show him that I can handle it and stuff. Me and my Fiance are supposed to talk to the man tomorrow. And I am worried that he will judge us based on our age (23 and 24) It is In Los Angeles, California and I think there is about 66 units, all singles. We are gonna get a two bedroom, if he likes us.
We really need this house, for us and our two daughters, so please help me out =)

greenlady asked: I hired a property management to rent out my property and I signed a contract for a year. It has been a year and I want to terminate them because they are not doing anything. Now, according to them, they would keep the security deposit plus 200 dollars in fees. Is this legal? What can I do to make them go away.
yes, it is because the produce the tenant and the tenant is not moving out, should I tell the tenant to give the property management a 30 day notice to move out even though they are not moving out?

PlasticTrees asked: Every time something needs done in my apartment, it takes weeks to be fixed. Therefore, by the time something actually IS fixed.. 2-3 other things need attention. My sink knob hasn’t been repaired and it has been a year.
Anyway, I’ve called property management 6 times within the last week to no avail. Lighting fixture in 4 rooms are not working.
