mookie asked: I was watching this show million dollar listing on the bravo channel and the real estate broker was talking about how much money she can make off this deal and it was like 100k in commission.
I was wondering im assuming that real estate agents who work in expensive cities make alot more money money off their commision than your local brokers/agents.
So how do you become a agent in a city like Malibu to sell those multi million dollar houses? Is their some sort of corpate ladder you must work your way up? You just get your license and work their right away. or what?

JRS300 asked: I’m freshly into real estate. I’m curious as to how other people make a living when the market is down and you have no homes listed with you being sold. Even full time agents also. What type of ways do you find income rather than selling a home. I would like any EXPERIENCED real estate person to answer. I know everyone says don’t get into real estate becuase its 100% commission, but I love it. But I need some good advice. Please help. Thank you.

Green Eyed Bride asked: I know you will never own the vehicle when it is leased, but what are other pros & cons? Most people trade vehicles within some years anyway. I appreciate any suggestions or thoughts. Thanks!

megan asked: I live in south carolina and I am wanting to move out of the house I am in. I live in a small trailer park full of spanish people. We have a lease for a year. We are supposed to wait until Sept. to move. Well, the landlord told us that if we found somewhere nicer place we could just let him know and that would be fine, well now he is saying that we have to stay the whole year. We have had problems with water bugs here and we have called the cops on our neighbors twice for beating each other. We have a reason to leave. Is there any way that we could just leave and not get in trouble for it or be fined for it?
That’s fine if he keeps the deposit.
That’s fine if he keeps the deposit.
I forgot to mention that there is a drug dealers living up about 2 houses and our toilet has been leaking and we told him about it and he still hasn’t came to check it out. We also lied for him because he is going through a divorce. He said that we are paying 375 but we really pay 475. He didn’t want his wife to get his money

upset seller27 asked: I wrote on a blank sheet of paper a contract that I would leave some item not in the official sale contract of the home and upon closing I would give 4500 to the buyers. Myself and the buyers signed it and upon signing I told them that they needed to close by that Friday. The sale did not close until two weeks later. This signing was not notorized which probably doesn’t matter, but I do not want to give them any money. The escrow company took money out of my profit which were not in either contract which paid for the buyers home owners and flood insurance among a couple other. By the time I recieved the profit from the sale I had paid for every fee even ones that weren’t signed by me. Also we had a family friend go to the house to clean it and remove items that we couldn’t get before moving out of state that weren’t in either contract (pots and pans, spice racks, other misc.) the buyers stopped by the property and told our friend that they now owned the property and she couldn’t take anything. This was not true as the closing did not happen for two more weeks. Do I have a leg to stand on?
