JamieL asked: I read this blog (http://www.repupil.com/) about a guy going to real estate school and it seems like maybe getting an agent isn’t the best idea (i.e. they’re legally allowed to lie to their clients - “puffing”!!) Do you think it’s a good idea to have an agent - or should I just do FSBO?

Dmitry L asked: I have an idea to start buying salvage or flooded cars from an insurance company auction (such as www.ridesafely.com or something in that manner).
Buying a car , doing some repairs and selling it for profit , well of course not for a full price since title is flooded or salvaged , but for that golden ratio where people will still buy it since its lot cheaper than a normal one and where I will make money.
Now my question , is it really worth it ? can you make money doing it , and whats the potential of profit you can make?

jimtheidahorealtor asked: My busines partner and Broker made a false report to the Real Estate Commission about me as an excuse to take over my business and drop my license. I have proof that everything he said was false and the commission agrees. Can I sue him for making a false report or should I just make a complaint to the board.

robynsleo asked: My daughter and 2 of her friends convinced me to be the 4th signature on her apartment lease. Now one of the roommates has skipped out and won’t pay her share. They also signed a contract between the 3 of them as to what their share is. How can I get her to pay her share monthly?

Krystal F asked: It seems that when I call to inquire about these good deals (for example, really low rates with 0 points), I am always told something like, “Well, that deal is for something else.” How does one get an accurate mortgage quote online from these sites? Or is it impossible to get an accurate quote without calling the companies directly?
